About Me:
I have lived in the parish since 1997 and am delighted to have been co-opted to the council from May 2025. As a new councillor I am sure that I have a lot to learn!
Since retiring from full time employment, I have volunteered in a number of roles in the wider community. I am particularly proud to have supported our Wootton Community Library since 2019 (when we were located in the prefab on the field). I have seen at first hand the positive impact that the new, vibrant and welcoming space inside the expanded Community Centre has made to a huge number of people. I look forward to continuing with this role alongside my new duties.
As a councillor I hope to be able to play a part in continuing to develop and improve the services that the parish provided for our residents, and to help make Wootton the best it can be for all who live and work here.
