Wootton Parish Council have received notification of the full road closure of Langford Drive, Wootton NN4 6JY between the 12th May 2022 through to the expected completion date of the 17th May 2022. Northamptonshire Highways are scheduled to carry out resurfacing works which will improve the structural stability of the road and improve safety for road users.

Wootton Parish Council has received notification of an update to the bus timetable and operator on bus service 33/33A (Central Milton Keynes to Northampton). This revised timetable will take effect from Thursday 1st April 2021 and can be viewed through the link below:

Parish Councillor Sohrab Ghavami and Parish Council Chairman Cllr Noel Lodge lay flowers at Simpson Manor on the 75th Anniversary of VE Day.
The commemorative stones are on the entrance to Simpson Manor and were placed there when the development was built in the 1990's.

Northampton General Hospital are restricting visiting to their hospital to help to protect patients and staff and stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
With immediate effect they will not allow any visitors into the hospital. By not visiting the hospital you will help to keep our patients and staff safe and save lives.
