SEGRO NORTHAMPTON GATEWAY RAIL FREIGHT INTERCHANGE - CONSULTATION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

Wootton Parish Council received the attached letter on the 15th August 2022 regarding the Northampton Gateway development by SEGRO.

The letter gives notification of the consultation period for the amendment to their original planning application and basically gives the developers the ability to use the warehousing unit ahead of the completion of the rail freight interchange.

Wootton Parish Council have today been advised of an upcoming weekend closure that will take place on the M1. The M1 northbound between junctions 15 to 15a will be closed for 56 hours from 9pm on Friday 10th June to 6am on Monday 13th June 2022. Langford Drive Road Closure - 12th to 17th May 2022

Wootton Parish Council have received notification of the full road closure of Langford Drive, Wootton NN4 6JY between the 12th May 2022 through to the expected completion date of the 17th May 2022. Wootton Parish Council has received notification of an update to the bus timetable and operator on bus service 33/33A (Central Milton Keynes to Northampton). This revised timetable will take effect from Thursday 1st April 2021 and can be viewed through the link below:
