About Me:

I was very honoured to be voted in as a Wootton Parish Councillor and I see my role as a conduit to the local people. It is important that we go back to basics to get your voices heard in the right places as well as ensuring Wootton has the very best services and facilities.

It is an exciting time to join with a lots of excellent work already in progress such as the expanded community centre which we hope will offer first class facilities, providing local events and clubs which cater all ages.

From a personal perspective, I have lived in the area since 1994 and apart from a sabbatical in Australia in 2007 & 2008, I have watched my own children grow up in Wootton with all of us building new friendships along the way.

I have twenty years work experience in the private sector and a further ten years in the public sector in purchasing and project management, this I feel enables me to provide the right balance and experience to take your concerns and expectations forward. I will discuss and challenge important issues with the various public service operators to obtain the right outcomes for our residents.

You will see me most mornings and evenings walking my two crazy dogs, outside of that it's sport all the way for me; with the same passion for music and film.

My own expectations of this role are to deliver more high quality facilities that our village community deserves along with ensuring Wootton is a safe place for all as well as continuing Wootton's famous community events.
